CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time of the circle will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If I KNEW THEN cancels a circle, all registered participants will receive a full refund. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In rare situations, refund requests may be considered at the organizer’s discretion.
