About the Role:We are looking for a React Developer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building high-performance developer-focused solutions. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our Web SDK with an emphasis on application logic, performance, and real-time communication rather than UI design.
You will be responsible for maintaining our Web SDK, building scalable features, and working closely with product and backend teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize the Web SDK
- Develop scalable features using React and JavaScript
- Manage application state using React Context (Provider) and Redux
- Build and maintain real-time communication features using WebSocket's
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable JavaScript code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new SDK capabilities
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Must-Have Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a React Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong experience with React
- Hands-on experience with React Context (Provider) and - Redux for state management
- Experience working with WebSocket's
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience building application functionality and business logic rather than primarily
focusing on UI development
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Good to Have:
- Experience with React Native
- Experience working with WebRTC
- Experience integrating audio/video meeting solutions
- Understanding of real-time communication systems
- Experience working on SDKs or developer tools
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (BE/BTech) is mandatory
