halasaves is a UAE deals community. Users post deals they find online and in stores, vote on whether they're actually good, and the best ones rise to the top. We launched in February and now have 200+ active deals and a growing community across the UAE.

We're hiring Growth Marketing Interns this summer to help bring halasaves to more people across the country.

The role

You'll get your own referral code and a live performance dashboard with your own numbers. Your job is to get people signed up and using halasaves.

How you do it is mostly up to you, but here's what works:
1. Share deals into the WhatsApp groups you're already in (family, friends, building, hobby, uni)
2. Make Reels, TikToks, or Snap stories about deals you've actually used, on your own accounts, in your own voice
3. Spot good deals out in the wild and post them straight to halasaves
4. Run your own experiments. We want people who bring ideas, not just follow a script
By August, you'll have real numbers on your CV: how many signups you drove, what worked, what didn't, the experiments you ran.

Hours are between 8 and 12 a week (can vary week to week). Starts mid-May for 10 weeks, wrapping up early August. Flexible on hours and exact start date if you've got something on.

Who we want

Non-negotiables:

- Studying at a UAE university - Active on Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and/or in real community groups (uni, residential, hobby, family, religious, expat, etc) - Comfortable putting yourself out there on camera, taking feedback, and trying again

Nice to have:

- Marketing or business degree

5. Hands-on with the tools we use day to day: Slack, your own performance dashboard, automation tools, referral tracking, content workflows

About money

To be upfront: this is unpaid. What we do offer is milestone-based cash bonuses up to AED 1,500, based on how many active signups you bring (e.g., AED 100 at 50 signups, going up to AED 1,500 at 1000+). It's performance-based, not a salary.

We keep things casual and want people who'll actually enjoy the ride.
