Purposes: preparing an insurance quote, fulfilling our duty to advise, and managing any resulting policy.

Legal bases: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the broker's legitimate interest in carrying out its business.

Retention period: 3 years from the last contact if no policy is taken out; 10 years after the end of the policy if one is taken out (anti-money-laundering obligations and French Insurance Code).
