Assumption of Risk, Medical Insurance, and Release of Liability

I understand that participating in flag football, including all games, practices, workouts, drills, and related activities, involves an inherent risk of injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, collisions, falls, contact with other players, muscle or joint injuries, broken bones, concussions, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.
By registering and participating, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with these activities, whether known or unknown.
I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for maintaining my own personal medical and health insurance coverage. New England Women’s Flag Football does not provide medical or accident insurance for its players and will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost wages, damages, or other costs resulting from an injury or illness related to participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless New England Women’s Flag Football and its owners, organizers, coaches, staff members, volunteers, officials, sponsors, affiliates, and facility providers from claims or liability arising from injuries, accidents, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur during or in connection with any game, practice, workout, league event, or related activity.
