We're thinking about paying all resident utilities and charging a fixed monthly amount to your tenant portal. Here's some potential benefits:

- You don't have to worry about utilities being shut off anymore - Consistent bills, every month, and you can pay for everything through a single portal. Never deal with AES or Centerpoint billing departments again - When moving, you don't have to worry about setting up or terminating utilities - In the past, people have had their utilities switched off by other residents on accident.
