This is a structured, one-to-one mentorship for early career professionals aged 21–32 who
have a specific deliverable in mind and need to turn it into a finished, real-world output. The programme also helps build clarity, discipline, and strategic thinking.
The programme is led by Margaret Akullo — Criminologist and Leadership Mentor with 35+
years working with the United Nations, UK law enforcement agencies (London Metropolitan
Police, Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command), governments, academia, national and international NGOs.
This programme is not for everyone. It is for people who are dedicated and ready to execute. You will work independently between sessions, follow through on commitments, and produce an output that exists beyond the programme.
There will be a total of six sessions - four individual sessions and two cohort sessions with other mentees. Each individual session runs for 60 minutes, tailored to where you are and what you are building. Cohort size is limited to five to ensure quality of mentorship with the two sessions running for up to 90 minutes.
