When we say we specialize in destination weddings, we truly mean it. I had my own destination wedding, so I have firsthand experience with the entire process. From choosing the right resort and wedding package to coordinating travel for your guests. I understand how exciting it is, but I also know that the beginning can require a little patience and may be overwhelming.
Once we narrow down your resort and wedding date, it may take a few weeks for the resort to confirm availability, prepare contracts, and create your group’s booking website. Once everything is finalized and your guests can begin booking, the process becomes much smoother!
My goal is to guide you through each step, answer your questions, and make planning your destination wedding as easy and stress-free as possible.

Please note: destination weddings over 100 people require a $150 planning fee
Your agent would create a wedding website within one of our preferred sites: The Knot, Zola. This would have travel information, contacts, information regarding all your events. This is not an extra charge and is included in your planning services.
Each wedding is different but deposits to book your room block range from $500-$3000 depending on resort, amount of rooms you're requesting. Having this deposit down allows guests to book without having to pay ahead of final payment due date. Then, we will move the deposit from guest reservations to your reservation before the final payment date. In the end, the deposit you make will be all brought to your specific reservation.
NOTE: This agency does NOT personally handle the funds. It goes directly to the supplier through a secure payment link and is never in the personal account of the travel agent or agency.
With large wedding blocks, we book the resort as a room block to ensure everyone has the same pricing and that it doesn't increase throughout the process.
We offer guests the chance to book their own flights, as many people prefer to use travel cards, points, or their own preferred booking methods. If you or your guests need assistance with flights, we are happy to help! Please note that flights require full payment directly to the airline supplier at the time of booking.
Destination wedding proposals are different from standard vacation quotes.
Once we've narrowed down the best resort options, I may need to work directly with resorts, wedding departments and/or suppliers to confirm wedding availability, group room rates, inclusions and contract details.
These are custom proposals, and response times can vary by resort. Some respond within a few business days, while others can take longer.
