HEALING HARMONY ENERGY HEALING BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY
RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is offered by Healing Harmony Energy Healing, located in Bradford, Ontario.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who:
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have not previously received a Healing Harmony session
• Are able to attend an in-person appointment at the Healing Harmony Energy Healing partner studio
• Meet all other requirements stated in these rules

Employees, immediate family members of the sponsor and anyone involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time and closes on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Healing Harmony Energy Healing Birthday Giveaway entry form before the deadline. Limit of one entry per person and one entry per email address.

Sharing the giveaway, following Healing Harmony Energy Healing or subscribing to promotional emails is optional and does not increase the chances of winning.

Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive one complimentary 60-minute in-person Intuitive Energy Healing session at the Healing Harmony Energy Healing partner studio.

Approximate retail value: $120

The complimentary session must be booked and received no later than December 20, 2026. The prize expires after this date and cannot be extended, transferred, resold or exchanged for cash or another service.

Appointments are subject to availability. The winner is encouraged to book in advance to ensure availability before the expiration date.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Confirmation
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours and be confirmed as the winner.

If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements or declines the prize, another potential winner may be selected randomly.

The winner will not be asked to provide payment, banking information or credit-card information to claim the prize.

8. Appointment Requirements
Before receiving the session, the confirmed winner must complete Healing Harmony Energy Healing’s standard intake and informed-consent forms. The session will be provided according to Healing Harmony’s regular appointment and studio policies.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected through this form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and arrange the prize session.

Participants will receive future promotional emails only if they separately choose to provide marketing consent. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter.

10. Wellness Disclaimer
Reiki and intuitive energy healing are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation and overall well-being. They do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions and are not substitutes for professional medical or mental-health care.
