This survey can be completed anonymously. You do not need to provide your username unless you want us to contact you about your feedback or complaint.
We know this survey is longer than usual, and some of the questions require more than a quick answer. To recognise the time and effort people put into helping us improve War Era, we may reward a limited number of particularly thoughtful, specific, or useful contributions with a in-game reward (free premium month, skin, or banners).
Submitting the survey does not guarantee a reward. Rewards are entirely discretionary and are based on the usefulness and quality of the feedback, not on whether the feedback is positive or negative.
Constructive criticism is just as valuable to us as positive feedback, and disagreeing with our current rules or decisions will never reduce your chances of being recognised.
There’s also no need to rush. The survey will remain open for the entire month, so feel free to take your time with the questions and come back to it if needed. We would much rather receive thoughtful and useful feedback than rushed answers simply to finish the survey.
WAR ERA will use the information submitted through this survey to review community feedback and help evaluate and improve our rules, moderation, support, products, policies and internal processes, as applicable to this survey.
You are not required to provide your War Era username, Discord username or contact information unless you choose to do so. If you want your response to remain non-identifying, please avoid including information in your answers that identifies you or another person.
If you choose to be considered for a contribution reward or agree to be contacted about your feedback, the identifying information you provide will also be used for that purpose.
Identifiable survey responses are generally retained for up to 12 months after the survey closes. Information provided solely for a contribution reward will be removed or separated once that process is complete and the information is no longer needed.
We use Tally to host this form and process responses on our behalf.
