Client Terms & Serice Agreement
INVENTORY CO. provides professional Second Life Inventory Organization sevices. Services may include inventory assessment, folder restructuring, categorizaton, sorting, consolidation, and organization based on the service selected by the client.
INVENTORY CO. does NOT provide clothing styling, avatar styling, decorating, Rp consulting, or other services outside the agreed inventory-organization scope unless seperately agreed upon.
Every projec must be reviewed and accepted by INVENTORY CO. before services begin. Submission of an intake form does not guarantee acceptance.
A final service recommendation and pricing may be provided after reviewing the client's inventory size, condition, and requested scope.
INVENTORY CO. will make reasonable efforts to organize items according to the client's selected preferences and agreed organizational system.
Client's must identfy any folders, items, or categories that must remain untouched.
INVENTORY CO. will not permanently delete inventory items unless the client has provided explicit authorization to do so.
When requested, clutter or duplicate items may instead be identifed or placed into a designated review area for the client to make the final decision.
Any access required to perform hands-off service must use an access method permitted by Secondlife/Linden Lab.
INVENTORY CO. does not require clients to provide passowrds or other account credentials where doing so would violate applicable platform rules.
Payment is due according to the invoice or payment instructions provided by INVENTORY CO.
Services will not begin until the required payment has been recieved and the project has been officially confirmed.
Additional charges may apply if the scope of work substantially exceeds the information provided during intake.
7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Client inventory information and project details will be treated as private and will not intentionally be shared with other parties without the client's permission, except here disclosure is required by applicable rules or law.
8. ORGANIZATION PREFRENCES
Clients may request a preferred organizational style, folder structure, naming convention, or level of categorization.
If no specific structure is provided, INVENTORY CO. will create an organizational system based on the information provided during intake.
Upon completion, the client will have an oppurtunity to review the organized inventory.
Minor adjustments related to the original agreed scope may be requested during final review period.
Requests that introduce substantially new work will require an additional service fee.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clints are responsible for providing accrate information regarding their inventory, prefrences, restrictions, and requested services.
INVENTORY CO. should be notified of any special circumstances before organization begins.
INVENTORY CO. organizes inventorys based on the information, permissions, and access available at the time of service.
Unexpected Secondlife restrictions, technical issues, inventory limitations, marketplace restrictions, or platform changes may affect the ability to complete certain tasks.
By accepting a service from INVENTORY CO., the client confirms that thy have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Services and understand the scope of the service selected.
