Operating at the intersection of art, identity, and opportunity, we provide bespoke representation to a select group of multidisciplinary artists who are pushing boundaries, preserving heritage, and reimagining the future.
We are looking for a sharp, multi-talented Creative & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day engine of YAAAS. This role is a hybrid of creative output and operational execution; handling our digital presence, social media channels, research, and general team coordination while gaining deep exposure to the creative industries.
Content & Socials: Support the creation and execution of YAAAS content across social platforms, including content planning, scheduling, captions, Stories, Reels/short-form video, basic design, content capture and community engagement.
Research & Prospecting: Research relevant cultural, creative, commercial and music opportunities, partners and industry developments, and maintain updated CRM records.
Artsy & Platform Admin: Assist with digital cataloging, updating artist listings, and managing platform inventories (including Artsy administration).
Music & Talent Support: Support the Music Lead with artist communications, scheduling, follow-ups, opportunity research, contact management, meeting coordination, and tracking of ongoing actions and deadlines.
Team & Project Coordination: Support the founders and project leads with deck formatting, meeting notes, scheduling, and general administrative workflows.
Community Management & Engagement: Manage day-to-day engagement across YAAAS social platforms, respond to comments and enquiries, proactively engage with creative communities, monitor conversations, and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice.
Event Support: Assist with on-the-ground coordination and operations for YAAAS events, exhibitions, and activations.

Strong English and French communication skills.
A proactive, resourceful, digitally native approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean creative environment.
