Anonymity & Location Data: While I ask for birth and residence locations to analyze geographical/environmental patterns, please be aware that this can't identify you unless you are the only person born in a specific location at a specific time.

Irretrievability: Because I do not collect contact details, it is impossible for me to identify your specific submission once it is sent. Therefore, I cannot fulfill requests to delete or modify your data after submission, as I have no way of knowing which entry is yours.

Data Collection: I have intentionally made the form with fields that prevents accidental oversharing, EXCEPT for countries and cities fields. Ensure you do not type any PII.
