Booking Form

This form is for submitting a tattoo appointment request! Once I have all your info for a custom or pre-drawn tattoo, I'll reply via email with a quote and link for booking yourself into my calendar with a deposit. Both customs and flash require a $75 deposit at time of booking. Please be as thorough with your request as you'd like, the more references and details for your idea the better!

Do you have a budget you’re wanting to stay around? *I may not be able to stay below a certain amount depending on the size and detail of your desired project, but will do everything I can to make a tattoo from me accessible to you!

If you identify as BIPOC or as a person with disabilities, would you like to use my sliding scale? For sliding scale, up to 40% can be taken off of the quoted pricing based on where you feel most comfortable, no questions asked <3

Please provide a detailed description of the custom tattoo you would like, or which flash design you want. Please include approximate sizing, location, and design details. The more info the better! *Please note I do not do color tattoos at this time, but can do small accents of color as sparkles/hearts etc.
