Work Schedule

The factory operates on a 12-hour shift system (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Employees assigned to rotating teams will alternate between:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (one week) Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (the following week)

Saturdays are considered regular working days. Employees will work six consecutive days (or nights) followed by one day (or night) off. Typically, the off day falls on Sunday; however, this may vary depending on operational requirements.
