to process your submission, please complete the 20€ fee via Paypal like a friend. this helps us maintain the archive and support the indie community.

1. usage: you grant films_visual permission to use the uploaded assets (stills, posters, trailer, scene, cast, crew and bio) for social media promotion and archival purposes (instagram, threads and letterboxd). We will not publish the full film.
2. curation fee: the 20€ fee is non-refundable as it covers the editorial review and curation process.
3. scheduling: we aim to respect your preferred date; however, we require a minimum of 5 days for curation. if your selected date is unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule.
4. disqualification: if your film goes against our guidelines due to its subject matter or the use of Artificial Intelligence, it may be disqualified and will not be published. in the event of non-selection, you will not be contacted, nor will the fee be refunded, and no further explanations will be provided.
