Trustpilot: Go to trustpilot.com → search your business → click "Write a review" → copy the URL from your browser address bar. Fresha, Checkatrade : Go to yourprofile page → copy the full URL from your browser address bar.
Other: Go to your business profile on the platform → find the page where customers can leave a review → copy that URL.

Section 3 - Sending prefences

What email address should customer replies go to?

If a customer replies to a review request, their message will be sent here. Usually your business email - same as Q3 unless you prefer a different one.
This won't be visible to customers — it only determines where replies land if they hit reply on the email.

What name should appear in the 'From' field of your review emails?

This is what customers see in their inbox before opening the email. For example: "The team at Curl & Co" or "Lisa from Curl & Co" — keep it personal and recognisable.
