Who we are: We are an Australian based Email Marketing Agency who work with e-commerce brands worldwide! 

Job Title: Klaviyo Account Manager

Role Hours: 6-8 Hours/Day

Hours: Australian AEST Hours (M-F)

Location: 100% Remote WFH

Income: $500-750 AUD/client ($3-5k/mo)

 

This Role IS For Someone Who:

- Can eventually transition into working with us FULL-TIME

- Has Klaviyo Experience

- Wants to join a lean and fast-growing agency and work with the top ecommerce brands in the industry

- Build great relationships with your designated copywriter, designer and technician

 

This Role IS NOT For Someone Who:

- Is working with multiple different agencies or other brands

- Can not work consistent hours and meet consistent deadlines

- You have no Klaviyo experience

- Runs an agency

- Wants short term work

- Wants to start your own business in the near future

- $3-5k/mo AUD is not enough for comfortable living

 

Account Manager Role Mission

You’ll lead your own pod of eCom brands — writing high-performing emails, managing strategy, and working with a designer and a Klaviyo technician to execute world-class campaigns.

Daily Responsibilities

This role is equal parts creative, strategic, and client-facing. Think of it as part-copywriter, part-account manager, part-project lead.

• Own client relationships, run strategy calls, and be the go-to person for your brands

• Write punchy, persuasive, on-brand email copy (flows + campaigns)

• Brief your pod: you get a dedicated designer + Klaviyo technician

• Review and QA emails before sending (attention to detail is key)

• Work within AEST hours (we’re based in Australia)

• Start with 1–2 clients and scale up to 8–10 over time

Requirements

- Klaviyo Expertise: Proven skills in Klaviyo& able to audit accounts effectively

- Figma Fluency: Comfortable translating Figma designs into Klaviyo with precision.

- Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills to sync with Account Managers.

- Tool Savvy: Experience with ClickUp for project tracking and Slack for team chats.

- Time Zone Fit: Available 3-4 hours daily within 9 AM - 5 PM AEST to align with our Australian team.
