America 250 County Feud - Contestant Application

The America 250 County Feud will take place at the Pacific County Fair on August 20th, 2026 at 3:00pm, played live by four Pacific County families on the Main Stage.
Families who complete this application will be drawn by lottery to participate.
Please list five (5) primary and two (2) alternate contestants.
