Perceptions of Digital Risk Governance in European Banking (Thesis Research)

This questionnaire is part of a Master's dissertation at ISCTE Business School (under the supervision of Professor Pedro Falcão), examining how European banks and fintech institutions manage digital risks within their corporate governance structures.
The objective of this survey is to understand how financially literate stakeholders perceive digital risk management, transparency, and governance effectiveness in traditional banks versus fintech companies.
For the purpose of this study, digital risks refer to cybersecurity threats, data breaches, IT system failures and technology-related operational risks.
Participation in this study is voluntary. You may choose whether or not to participate and may withdraw at any time without providing any justification. Your responses are anonymous and will be treated with full confidentiality. No personally identifiable information will be collected. There are no expected risks associated with participation.
The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The data collected will be used solely for academic purposes and may be presented in aggregated form in the dissertation or related academic outputs.
