We hereby formally apply for admission as Members of SIGA for an initial period of three (3) years, in accordance with Article 9.2 of the SIGA Constitution.
We acknowledge and agree that invoices for membership fees for Years 2 and 3 will be issued in December preceding each applicable membership year and shall be payable no later than 31 January of the relevant year.
Furthermore, we understand and accept that, unless written notice of termination is provided by 1 December of the third year, in accordance with the SIGA Constitution, membership shall automatically renew for successive three (3) year periods.
To this end, we commit to comply with the SIGA Constitution and the applicable laws and international conventions.
We acknowledge the fundamental challenges facing the integrity of sport and, as Members of SIGA, hereby proclaim our resolve to promote the highest standards of fair play in the administration of sport, particularly in the areas of good governance, financial integrity, sports betting integrity and youth protection, sustainability and social impact and AI & Sport Integrity.
We support and will work towards creating a new era in sport, moving collectively to implement across the community of sport SIGA’s Core Principles for Sport Integrity, and the corresponding SIGA Universal Standards on Sport Integrity, which together demonstrate the commitment of all signatories to the highest and best role of sport in society.
The need for reform offers a unique opportunity to develop SIGA as a neutral and independent entity, serving sport and supported by key stakeholders, that will ensure the adoption, implementation and monitoring of these Core Principles and SIGA Universal Standards.
As a SIGA Member, we understand that our organization will be positioned at the forefront of addressing the most critical threats facing sport and will send out a clear message to the world of our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of good governance, financial integrity and accountability.
