By submitting your material to Earthlight Limited ("Earthlight"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following:
1. Your submission is voluntary, unsolicited, and not made in confidence. The only materials being submitted are those uploaded with this form.
2. There is no agreement between you and Earthlight, express or implied, relating to Earthlight's use or non-use of your submission.
3. Earthlight is under no obligation to read, consider, evaluate, respond to or return your submission.
4. You will not bring any claim against Earthlight, its affiliates, licensees, assigns, officers, agents or employees in connection with any alleged use of your submission. You acknowledge that Earthlight is actively engaged in creating, acquiring and developing a wide range of material from many sources, and that material it develops in future may resemble or duplicate elements of your submission.
5. You warrant that you are the author of the submitted material (or are duly authorised to submit it on the author's behalf), that the material is original, and that you hold all rights necessary to share it with Earthlight on these terms.
6. You retain your own copy of the submitted material. Earthlight is not responsible for any loss, corruption or destruction of the copy in its possession.
7. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its original purpose.
8. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
