Advertising & Sponsorship Terms

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Advertising Approval All advertisements, sponsor graphics, logos, videos, messages, and promotional materials are subject to review and approval by LegacyLeagues and its affiliated entities. We reserve the right to reject, remove, suspend, or refuse any advertisement at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Content Advertisements may not contain unlawful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content. Advertisements promoting illegal activities, gambling, tobacco, nicotine products, adult content, hate speech, or other content inconsistent with our mission and audience may be rejected.

Advertiser Responsibility The advertiser represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals for all submitted content, including logos, trademarks, images, videos, music, and other intellectual property.

Indemnification The advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LegacyLeagues, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the advertiser's content, products, services, representations, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

No Endorsement Placement of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of the advertiser, its products, or its services by LegacyLeagues.

Scheduling & Availability Advertisement placement, duration, frequency, and positioning are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to scheduling changes, technical issues, game cancellations, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability LegacyLeagues shall not be liable for interruptions, technical failures, streaming platform outages, delays, reduced viewership, or other circumstances affecting advertisement delivery. Any remedies shall be limited to reasonable make-good placements, if applicable.

Refund Policy Advertising fees are non-refundable once advertising materials have been approved and scheduled, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Right to Remove LegacyLeagues reserves the ongoing right to remove or discontinue any advertisement at any time if it determines the advertisement may negatively impact participants, spectators, sponsors, facilities, partners, or the reputation of the organization.

LegacyLeagues reserves the right to decline advertisements from businesses whose products, services, reputation, or business practices may conflict with the organization's values, family-friendly environment, facility requirements, sponsor obligations, or community standards.

Content creation dates, production and ad scheduling will be confirmed within twenty-four (24) hours of payment receipt. Please do not submit this form unless you are prepared to remit payment upon approval and invoicing.
