The Mezcal Cup 2026 (Sign-Up)

Round 1 – Competitor Registration


Welcome to The Mezcal Cup, a cocktail competition celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and mezcal culture.


Bartenders will compete through multiple rounds for the opportunity to present their cocktail live on stage at Roxanne’s in Long Beach in front of judges and a live audience.


The champion will receive a $1,000 Grand Prize, a ceremonial big check, and The Mezcal Cup Trophy.


Round 1 is the initial submission round, where competitors present their cocktail concept and inspiration.


Competitors are in charge of purchasing products and ingredients used.

Competition Rules


By submitting this registration, competitors acknowledge the following rules:

•Cocktails must contain a maximum of 5 ingredients

•Competitors must be prepared to present their cocktail and speak about their inspiration if selected to advance

•Competitors may not be visibly intoxicated during the competition

•Competitors should dress professionally and represent their bar with pride

•Competitors must arrive on time for scheduled competition rounds

The competition will take place across three rounds:

Round 1 – Online Submission
Participants submit their cocktail recipe and concept through the registration form.


Round 2 – Live Finale
The top five finalists will be invited to compete live in person, preparing their cocktails on stage in front of judges and guests.

From these finalists, one champion will be crowned and awarded $1,000.
