I, the undersigned, acknowledge that: Running is an activity that often leads to injury and can, in extreme circumstances, result in death. Running on roads carries with it additional risks of injury and death. I am solely responsible for holding insurance in relation to any personal injury or death I may suffer while participating in a run organised by Fearlss. I release the organisers of Fearlss Walk/Run Club from any and all liability for personal injury or death arising out of my participation in any run or attendance at any event organised by Fearlss, to the extent that such injury or death does not occur as a result of the negligence or fraud of the organisers. I expressly indemnify the organisers of Fearlss from and against any claim, loss, or damages suffered by the organisers or any one of them arising in any way out of my participation in any run or attendance at any event organised by Fearlss. The organisers of Fearlss Walk/Run Club retain the right (at their absolute discretion) to require me to leave a run or event based on my behaviour, level of fitness, or state of health. I consent to Fearlss using my personal information below for marketing and newsletters. Fearlss will not give out your personal information to other organisations without your express consent.
