• Recruit and confirm vendors (building off past vendor list + new outreach), you will be managing artisan and food vendors
• Serve as main point of contact for vendor communication
• Answer vendor questions and send updates leading up to the event
• Manage vendor applications, payments and required documents
• Enter vendors into City of Reno and Northern Nevada Health District systems
• Collect and manage vendor tax information (Nevada Dept. of Taxation) done at the end of the event
• Assist in creating vendor layout/map
• Coordinate vendor load-in and load-out
• Lead vendor check-in on event day (with volunteer support)
• Walk the event with Health Department to ensure compliance
• Support vendors during the event and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Work closely with Jaime and Taylor throughout the planning process
