Recent reforms in the Bahamas and in Montana (United States) let people try experimental longevity drugs years ahead of full approval and get data about their individual response (MIT Technology Review). Candidate drugs must meet safety requirements, such as completion of Phase 1 trials and approval from an Experimental Treatment Review Board.
