We are hiring for a Founder's Office role at a proptech startup, backed by Tier-1 VCs including Accel and Chiratae Ventures. This role is designed for high-ownership generalists who want to work directly with founders across strategy, operations and special projects.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founding team on key business priorities.
- Drive projects end-to-end with clear ownership and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Work across strategy, operations and special projects as business needs evolve.

- Professionals with 1–3 years of experience.

Compensation: ₹6 LPA (negotiable)
