PrapanCam Waitlist Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to your details when you join the PrapanCam waitlist. In short: we collect your email to tell you when PrapanCam launches, and nothing else.

Who we are

PrapanCam is run by Sriniketh Suragouni, an individual based in Ireland. For anything about your data, email admin@prapancam.com

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

Your email address, so we can contact you.

Your answer to “Which iconic spot is next on your list?”, if you choose to give one.Where you found us, such as a link shared on a particular website, and the date you signed up.

We don’t ask for your name, location or anything else.

Why we collect it

We use your email to send you one message when PrapanCam launches, and occasional updates before then if there is real news. We use your spot answer and where you found us to decide which locations to add first and where to share PrapanCam.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who handles your data

We use two services to run the waitlist. They process your details only on our behalf and under their own data protection terms:

Tally, which hosts the signup form and stores the responses.Cloudflare, which forwards emails sent to our address.

Where a service stores data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on approved safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We share your details with no one else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until PrapanCam launches and you’ve had our launch email, then for up to 12 months in case you want to sign up. If you withdraw consent, we delete your details within 30 days. If PrapanCam hasn’t launched within 18 months of your signup, we delete them anyway.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask us to:

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over. If you’re under 16, please don’t sign up.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your details, we’ll update this notice and the date at the top. If a change affects what you agreed to, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
