Hi, I'm Russi.

I work with women who know there is more to them than the life they've learned to live.
Women who have learned to play small, shape-shift to fit in, or silence parts of themselves to feel accepted, safe, or understood.
This work comes from a place deep within me. It comes from parts of my own journey I’ve had to navigate — learning what it means to be seen, to stop shaping myself around who I thought I needed to be, and to make room for more of who I truly am.
I know what it means to live from the patterns we’ve developed to protect ourselves. To make choices shaped by fear, expectations, and the need to belong, sometimes without even realizing how much of our lives are being influenced by them.
And I’ve come to understand that there is a difference between living a life that has been shaped by what we’ve needed to survive and consciously creating a life that reflects who we are.
For me, this work is about making that shift possible. Moving from survival to choice. From automatic patterns to conscious decisions. From shaping ourselves around the world to creating a life that feels true to us.
Through breathwork, somatic practices, energy work, and integration, I create space for women to reconnect with their bodies, work through shame, express their stories, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been waiting to be seen.
My work is about helping women remember who they are beyond survival — beyond the patterns, pain, and expectations that have shaped them — so they can express themselves more fully, reconnect with their power, and live in alignment with who they truly are.

The heart of my work

Remembering who you are beyond survival.
You are more than the ways you learned to cope, adapt, protect yourself, or belong. Beneath the patterns that once helped you navigate the world, there is a deeper sense of who you are, waiting to be remembered.
Making room for your full expression.
Your story, your voice, your feelings, your desires, and the parts of you that you learned to hide all deserve space. This is about allowing yourself to be seen, moving through shame, and expressing more of who you are.
Expanding into who you are.
When the work you do within yourself begins to change the way you live outside of yourself.
When what you know to be true becomes something you embody. When your inner world and your outer life begin to reflect one another. When you stop organizing your life around who you’ve learned you need to be and begin creating from who you actually are.
Leaving no part of ourselves behind.
At the heart of my work is the belief that transformation isn’t about fixing ourselves. It’s about remembering who we have always been beneath the stories, making space for all that we’ve carried, and creating the safety and capacity to live, feel, and express ourselves more fully.
It’s about reclaiming the energy we’ve spent holding ourselves back and allowing it to become available for living, creating, connecting, and becoming.
We don’t have to leave parts of ourselves behind to become more of who we are.
We create space for more of ourselves to belong.
There’s a version of you — whole, free, fully alive — beneath everything you carry. I’ve guided hundreds of women back to her. There are different ways in; let’s find yours.
With love, Russi 🤍
