Dispatch Tree – Crew Application
We are looking for skilled event talent familiar with Activations, Brand Ambassador duties, or Branded Tour Experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional marketing solutions to our clients. In this role, you will drive marketing campaigns, create engaging moments for guest and be logistically savvy, ensuring every deliverable aligns with Dispatch Tree Marketing’s commitment to excellence.

Dispatch Tree Marketing is a forward-thinking event agency specializing in creative production, social media management, event gamification, custom branded games, event solutions, and brand marketing. We empower brands to amplify their voice, engage audiences, and create memorable experiences through high-profile marketing activations.
We are hiring Brand Ambassadors and Production team members to work directly on-site at these activations. You will help us engage attendees, drive traffic, and create unforgettable experiences.
Activation Tour Dates & Locations:
ALL MAJOR U.S. MARKETS AND MULTIPLE DATES AVAILABLE
Welcome and engage guests at the event with fun
Assist guests at gaming stations and experiences with a huge smile
Encourage participation at photo ops and Rewards Center
Support branded space and facilitate fan interactions
Help with social media stories, take pics and video
Represent Dispatch Tree Marketing and client brands with professionalism
Maintain an energetic and fun atmosphere while ensuring event safety and quality
Outgoing and approachable personality, must be 21+
Passion for Food and Beverage Culture
Ability to stand and stay active OUTDOORS for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation to/from event location
Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Previous experience in brand ambassador work, live events or event marketing is a plus
Willing to comply with event guidelines and appearance standards set by client
$20-28/hour for PA or BA, $28-35/hour for Lead BA, depending on experience, 6-8 hours guaranteed per shift unless backups are required
On-site refreshments, two-15 minute breaks and/or a 30 minute lunch break paid when applicable
Work with an industry-leading experiential marketing agency
You must be able to commit to the full duration of the event days in your selected city.
Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are expected.
Contractor Image Release Clause:
By accepting a Brand Ambassador or event staff role with Dispatch Tree Marketing, you agree to the use of your name, image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, photography, video content, and marketing collateral generated as part of this activation. All photos and videos captured on site are the property of Dispatch Tree Marketing and may be used across media platforms without additional compensation or approval.
