Own day-to-day accounting and lead a remote accounting team. Improve the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of accounting operations, with hands-on responsibility for Sage Intacct workflows and team delivery.
Oversee AP/AR, reconciliations, cash posting, journal entries, and month-end work.
Guide and develop a remote accounting team.
Improve and document accounting processes and controls.
Standardize Sage Intacct workflows and coordinate related ServiceTitan processes.
Use reporting and analysis to identify issues and keep accounting work on track.
Hands-on accounting-management experience with ownership of daily operations.
Proven Sage Intacct experience.
Experience managing or guiding a remote accounting team.
Very strong English for team leadership and cross-functional communication.
