Labour Market Study Survey (Draft)

This survey is part of a labour market study looking at the local workforce given economic activities. The study is led by the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako, the District of Vanderhoof, the Village of Fraser Lake, the Village of Burns Lake, and the District of Houston, with funding from the Northern Development Initiative Trust. Your answers directly shape recommendations to government, training providers and major employers.

The survey aims to understand: • Where workers and skills are hardest to find • What competition and cost pressures employers are facing • How well businesses are connected to training and support for their workforce needs.
You can complete this survey anonymously; sharing your contact details at the end is optional. Responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate. Some sections will not apply to every business, so skip what is not relevant. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
