Opening Reception RSVP | PlantCon Seattle 2026

Please only RSVP if you are 100% certain that you are attending!

In order to ensure that we have space for those who wish to attend, please do not reserve a space if you are unsure whether you'll make it or not. Only RSVP once you're sure that you're coming.
RSVPs will be open until Friday, August 14th at 7pm (CST), this is 1 hour after our Opening Reception starts.

Parking: We always suggest carpooling, ride share and public transportation but there is ample street parking available near the venue.

Who can come to the Opening Reception?

Specific Ticket Holders: VIP and Industry Pass, General Admission (GA) and Early Entry (EE).
Persons Involved with PlantCon in the following capacity: Exhibitors, Sponsors, Special Guests, Photographers, Videographers, Interpreters, Creator Collective, Interpreters, Workshop or Presentation Hosts.
PlantCon Crew: Staff and Volunteers
RSVPs admit only the (1) person listed on the RSVP. Plus ones are not allowed. Anybody wishing to attend must have a pre-purchased PlantCon Ticket and have one of the credentials listed above. Buy Tickets Here!

Drink Tickets

Pass holders are allotted 1 drink ticket for their RSVP: General Admission, Early Entry, Industry Pass, Exhibitors, Creator Collective, Speakers/Workshop Hosts, Interpreters, Photographer/Videographers, Volunteers
Pass holders are allotted 2 drink tickets for their RSVP: VIPs, Staff, Sponsors and Special Guests
Additional drinks can be added to a separate tab at the bar on the guest's own tab.
