Our Growth Marketing Associate (Remote) will assist in all growth related activities across all key channels (Meta, TikTok, Retail, Amazon).
Manage the content calendar across email, blog, and social channels.
Campaign execution for key seasonal moments.
Monitor and report on key growth KPIs.
Identify new growth opportunities and channels worth testing.
Strong interest in digitally native brands, ideally with prior experience in the industry.
Ability to learn new tools and comfortable with data analysis.
Clear, concise written communication and a good eye for design and aesthetics.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Shopify and the related ecosystem, basic design skills or comfort directing visual content, genuine enthusiasm for outdoor, beach, or family lifestyle brands
