OpalOps Referral Program — Terms

By joining the OpalOps Referral Program, you agree to the following:

> You'll receive a unique referral link to share with contacts who may need event staffing or labor services.
>If a referral you send results in a new client booking a job with OpalOps, you'll earn a commission of 10% of the client's invoice, up to a maximum of $200 per referral.
>Commissions are paid monthly, after the referred client's invoice has been realized (paid in full).
>Payment will be sent via your selected method (Zelle, Check, or ACH).
>If your total commissions in a calendar year reach $600 or more, OpalOps will request a completed W-9 before issuing further payment, as required for tax reporting (Form 1099-NEC).
>Referral relationships must be disclosed honestly — this program is intended for genuine introductions, not self-referrals or fabricated leads.
>OpalOps reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time, with payouts honored for referrals already in progress
