Fitness and Pre-call Questionnaire

This questionnaire helps us decide if we’re a good fit and sets expectations before your longer consultation.
We primarily work with people who have ADHD. That means we don’t just look at training and nutrition. We also look at structure, habits, sleep, and the patterns that tend to break consistency once the initial motivation wears off.
This is still a body recomposition programme. Fat loss and muscle gain matter. Alongside that, we work towards helping you feel more regulated day to day, so you can improve things like focus, impulse control, emotional regulation, and procrastination. Those pieces directly affect how well training and nutrition actually stick, and they tend to carry over into other areas of your life, including work and personal life.
We work best with clients who want a clear plan, honest feedback, and are willing to follow through even when motivation dips. The aim is not quick fixes, but building skills and systems you can rely on long after coaching ends.
