Cinematic Residence | Club Med

Two emerging talents will have the opportunity to join our production in South Africa from December 1 to 8, 2026.

Create a 30–45 second cinematic film in 16:9 format telling a compelling visual story about what you choose to do when your time is truly yours.

Publish your film on Instagram or TikTok and submit your application by November 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Paris time (CET).

04 DECLARATIONS & TERMS

Travel expenses: For the two selected talents, Club Med will cover round-trip transportation from a departure point located in a European Union Member State, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or South Africa, according to arrangements determined by Club Med. Travel documents, visa costs and personal insurance remain the responsibility of each selected talent.

I confirm that all information provided is accurate and that this is my only application to Cinematic Residence.

I confirm that I hold all necessary rights and permissions relating to my film and its content for publication. I agree to provide supporting documentation upon request.

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the expected deliverables, covered expenses, and the €500 fee allocated to each selected talent for the licensing or assignment of rights, with the applicable terms to be defined in a separate agreement.

Your application will be used solely for evaluation by the selection jury.

Submitting an application does not automatically authorize Club Med to publicly repost your film, nor does it constitute an automatic transfer of rights relating to content produced during the project.

Any further use of such content will be subject to separate authorization or a dedicated agreement.

05 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data protection

Your personal data will be processed by Club Med SAS to manage and assess your application to Cinematic Residence, verify eligibility, contact applicants and organise participation by the selected talents. The information marked as mandatory is necessary to assess your application.

Your data may be accessed by authorised Club Med teams and service providers involved in the operation. It will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes concerned, subject to applicable legal requirements. Any applicable international transfers must be subject to appropriate safeguards.

Under applicable data protection laws, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may contact dpo@clubmed.com or relation-clients.france@clubmed.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
