AAI Agency Intake & Discovery

Few notes before we start

About AAI

AAI builds the quiet systems behind marketing/Social/PR agencies, the AI that carries the repetitive, time-eating work so your team's hours go to the work that actually needs a person. We build these end-to-end and custom; nothing off-the-shelf. We're early, and deliberate about who we build with, which is why your answers help shape what we deliver.

About the questionnaire

We built this questionnaire to understand more about our target agencies (like yours), how they operate, what annoys them, and how they manage stuff. Your answers will help us sharpen and enhance what we do.

It stays between us. Nothing's passed on. Skip anything under a client NDA, covered by data-protection rules (PDPL), or that you'd rather not share.
Each questionnaire section maps to a part of what AAI makes: reporting, content, comments and DMs, the back office, your own growth. Your answers tell us where the real friction is across agencies like yours. Some of it gets specific and a little personal about how the shop runs; that's on purpose, and nothing here is a test. If it turns out we're a fit, we can talk about working together at the end, but that's your call to make, not an assumption we're making for you.

What's in it for you

you being an agency owner yourself opens the door for AAI potentially working with your agency. You will have a clearer picture of what AAI can solve after going through the questionnaire and we can take it from there. One thing is clear:
Finishing the questionnaire guarantees a discount off your first AAI engagement. A thank-you for the time and transparency.

Before you start

This only works if your answers are honest. A few things that make it useful:
Takes as long as it's worth. Mostly tick-boxes; go as deep as you like, skip what doesn't fit.
It stays between us. Nothing's passed on. Skip anything under a client NDA, covered by data-protection rules (PDPL), or that you'd rather not share.
Answer how it really is today, not how you'd like it to look. An honest picture is what makes this worth your time; a tidied-up one just paints over the parts we could actually help with.
Nothing here is a grade. Where things are held together with tape is exactly the useful part to see.
A quick honest line beats a careful essay. Trust your gut; don't overthink it or write much.
If something's annoying, broken, or a waste of money, say so. Blunt is good here.
Skip freely. Anything sensitive or not relevant, leave it. A skipped question still tells us something.
