• Unless otherwise agreed, we may accept only selected items. Unaccepted items remain your responsibility. Accepted items become our property and may be resold, donated, recycled, or disposed of. No payment or charitable tax receipt is promised.

• We may decline or stop a pickup if the collection or conditions materially differ from what was submitted or appear unsafe.
