These risks may include, but are not limited to: transfer of communicable diseases such as canine cough, puppy warts, or giardia. In regards to canine cough, there are a large number of viruses or bacteria that cause upper respiratory infections in dogs, and the Bordetella vaccine only prevents some of them. If it is of utmost importance to you that your dog(s) not acquire a communicable disease, then we suggest you not take your dog(s) to boarding places, daycares, dog parks, or any other type of environment where they may be in close contact with other dogs.

We pay very close attention to the interactions between dogs, but sometimes accidents happen, and a dog can become injured on its own, or get injured by another dog. In any & all cases, The Good Life AK is not financially responsible for any vet bills, and I understand that I (the owner) am financially responsible (no matter what the incident) for all vet bills pertaining to the care of my own dog(s), and my own dog(s) only. If no payment is made by the end of the 3 days, we reserve the right to rehome your dog and will pursue legal recourse for payment that you will be responsible for as well.
7. We offer pick up and drop off service for daycare Monday – Friday from Diamond Ridge to Gear Shed only. Pick up will be between 8:45– 10:00 AM and Drop off will be between 3:15 – 4:15 pm.
