Join us for an extra special visit from Cole the Deaf Dog & Friends!
Children and teens will take turns reading to dogs individually or in small groups. Reading to therapy dogs is known to encourage independence and foster confidence in young readers.
Cole the Deaf Dog & Friends are certified therapy dogs who promote literacy and disability inclusion.
Children younger than age 9 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the library.
Please register each child separately. Space is limited. If each child is not registered separately, we cannot guarantee that there will be space available for them.
We may take photographs during this program. These photographs will be used strictly for the purpose of news and/or media for Vineland Public Library's publications, promotional purposes and/or the library’s social media or website. We do not identify children in our photographs.
