After more than a decade in New York City, I'm returning to Japan and beginning the next chapter of my Pilates practice in Tokyo.
Private sessions are available in English and Japanese. I’m currently teaching from a rental studio in Minami Aoyama while exploring a permanent home for my practice in Tokyo.
