After more than a decade in New York City, I'm returning to Japan and beginning the next chapter of my Pilates practice in Tokyo.
Private sessions are expected to begin in September 2026 in Minami Aoyama, while I search for a permanent studio home.
Sessions are available in English or Japanese.
