Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

Please complete all sections of this form so we can address your issues promptly.
You may return most new, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 25% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special-order, non-stock items are either non-returnable or subject to significant restock fees depending on the circumstances of the sale.

If Quality Issue was selected above, has a 3rd-party calibration or independent inspection been performed for gage(s)?

If yes, please attach a digital copy of the Calibration Certificate below. We cannot process quality-related returns for calibration items without this documentation. Shipping & Inspection Process: Initially, shipping costs for the return are to be covered by [Customer]. However, if the gage is found to be out of tolerance, we will fully refund those shipping charges to you. 
 

Once the calibration is complete, the outcome will be handled as follows: 

If the gage passes: We will contact you to collect the $75.00 inspection fee. Once payment is received, the gage will be returned to you. 

If the gage fails: We will issue a full credit for the original order, and the calibration fee will be waived. You may then place an order for a new gage at your convenience.

Once reviewed, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship item(s) back until an RMA number has been issued. We must first calibrate the gage to determine the appropriate next steps.
