We believe business can be one of the most powerful forces for good in the world.

Every day, the businesses we build impact people: our clients, our employees, our families, our neighborhoods and our communities. CARE • SERVE • GIVE exists to help business owners and leaders intentionally put people first, serve with excellence, and hardwire generosity into the DNA of their businesses.

We believe you can be ambitious AND humble. You can build a wildly successful business AND make a meaningful difference. In fact, we believe those things can fuel one another.

And we believe everyone can learn.

That’s why our CARE • SERVE • GIVE Member level is open to everyone. For $49/month, anyone who wants to learn the model, grow as a leader, build a more generous business and participate in the community is welcome.

No assessment required. Come learn with us.

Our Directory and Community Leader levels are different.

At these levels, CARE • SERVE • GIVE is not only teaching you. We are publicly identifying your business or leadership as part of what CARE • SERVE • GIVE represents.

And that means alignment matters.

WHY WE ASK YOU TO APPLY

We are building a national directory of like-hearted businesses so that consumers can intentionally choose businesses that CARE, SERVE and GIVE.

When someone sees a business in the CARE • SERVE • GIVE Directory, we want that designation to mean something.

We want consumers to know they are choosing a business led by people who believe in putting people first, serving with excellence, operating with integrity, and using their success to create positive impact.

And when someone steps forward as a CARE • SERVE • GIVE Community Leader, we are asking them to help carry those values into their own community and represent this movement to others.

That requires trust.

So while everyone is welcome to learn with us, businesses included in our Directory and people representing CARE • SERVE • GIVE as Community Leaders go through a simple alignment process first.

This is not about exclusivity.

It is about consistency.

It is about protecting the trust of the consumers who use our Directory, the people who participate in our communities, and the businesses and leaders who carry the CARE • SERVE • GIVE name.

We strive to see and value others beyond transactions, titles, or opportunities. Whether with clients, employees, colleagues, or neighbors, we seek to build relationships rooted in respect, empathy, and genuine human connection.

WHO BELONGS HERE?

Our businesses and leaders come from different industries, backgrounds, cultures, identities, experiences, beliefs and perspectives, and we believe that diversity makes this community stronger.

CARE • SERVE • GIVE is intentionally inclusive and is not affiliated with any religion or faith tradition. We welcome and honor people of every faith and people with no faith at all.

We don’t have to believe the same things, look the same, love the same, come from the same places, or have lived the same experiences to CARE about one another, SERVE people extraordinarily and GIVE generously.

What we do share is a belief in the dignity and value of people.

Everyone who enters this community should be able to belong fully and authentically as themselves.

Our common ground is not sameness. It is how we choose to show up for one another and in the world.

And we don’t expect every Directory business or Community Leader to have CARE • SERVE • GIVE perfectly figured out.

We don’t expect you to give to the same causes.

We don’t expect your impact to look like anyone else’s.

You may not even know yet what cause breaks your heart.

That’s part of why this community exists.

What we do need to know is that we are like-hearted in the ways that matter most.

So just be you.
