By submitting this form, the Customer (the company entered above) confirms the following:

The Customer appoints SoWatt Energy Ltd as procurement agent and authorises SoWatt Energy Ltd to:

— Conduct a tender and appraisal of electricity supply arrangements; — Request and receive historical account information, including consumption history, half hourly meter data (where applicable), MPAN details and pricing; — Obtain information from relevant third party databases including ECOES, Elexon and Electralink; — Liaise with existing and prospective utility providers and offtakers; — Act on the Customer's behalf in relation to billing queries and account administration.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

— SoWatt Energy Ltd may be paid a commission for its services and such commission may be incorporated within the unit rate of any supply and/or generation agreement and will be remitted to SoWatt Energy Ltd by the relevant supplier, meter registrant or intermediary; — The commission is paid by the Customer to SoWatt Energy Ltd, with UrbanChain acting as collection and remuneration agent where applicable; — SoWatt Energy Ltd is not obliged to secure the cheapest or best deal, but will present available options for the Customer's consideration, with the final decision to proceed resting solely with the Customer.

SoWatt Energy Ltd does not have authority:

— To enter into, vary or terminate any contract for the supply or export of electricity on behalf of the Customer; — To act as a collection agent for any sums due under any such contract.

This authority shall remain in force for a period of 12 months from the date of submission, unless terminated earlier by written notice. Termination shall not affect any underlying contracts or obligations already entered into.

By typing my full name below as my electronic signature, I confirm I am a Director of the Customer (or otherwise authorised to bind the Customer), and I have read and agreed to this Letter of Authority on behalf of the Customer.
