This questionnaire takes 20-25 minutes and helps me understand what you're experiencing, what you've already tried, and what your actual life looks like.
After you complete this, you'll schedule your session to begin exploring. After that session, you’ll receive a personal letter within one week: what we found, what it means, what to listen for. Plus two weeks of email support to recalibrate as you move forward.
