Cancellation PolicyCustomers must cancel or reschedule deliveries at least 2 hours before their scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If drivers arrive and the customer is not present, unreachable, or items are not ready for transport, the delivery may be canceled and a service fee may apply.
Wait Time PolicyEach delivery includes:
10 minutes for loading10 minutes for unloading
Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
Damage & Liability PolicyCurb 2 Curb Around Williamsburg is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damageImproperly packed itemsFragile items not disclosed in advanceDamage caused by unsecured loads provided by customersMinor cosmetic wear associated with transport
Customers are encouraged to properly package fragile or valuable items before pickup.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse unsafe, overloaded, or improperly secured deliveries.
Prohibited Items PolicyThe following items are prohibited from transport:
Illegal items or substancesFirearms or explosivesHazardous chemicalsOpen alcohol containersPerishable food requiring refrigerationLive animalsCash or high-value jewelryItems exceeding vehicle capacity or weight limits
Drivers reserve the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe or unlawful.
Stair & Elevator PolicyCustomers must disclose all stairs before booking.
Additional charges may apply for:

Failure to disclose stair conditions may result in additional fees or cancellation of service.

Customer Conduct PolicyCustomers are expected to treat drivers with respect and professionalism.
Drivers may refuse or cancel service if customers:
Use threatening or abusive behaviorRequest unsafe activityAttempt to overload vehiclesViolate agreed delivery terms
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by unsafe or abusive customer conduct.
