Customer understands all items must be curbside ready at pickup and someone must be present at drop-off. Additional wait time fees apply after 10 minutes.
Curb 2 Curb Around Williamsburg is a curbside delivery service. Customers are responsible for being present at pickup and delivery locations. For safety and insurance reasons, passengers are not permitted in company vehicles.
Customer Loading & Unloading Responsibility

Curb 2 Curb Around Williamsburg is a curbside delivery service. Customers are expected to assist drivers with the loading and unloading of items unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.

Customers are responsible for:

Having items packed and ready at pickup Providing accurate item descriptions Assisting with standard loading and unloading Ensuring someone is present at both pickup and dropoff locations

Drivers are not responsible for:

Full-service moving Excessive stair carries Disassembly or reassembly of furniture Moving items through unsafe or restricted areas Delays caused by customer unpreparedness

Additional labor, wait time, stair carries, or oversized item handling may result in extra charges.

For safety reasons, drivers may refuse service for items deemed excessively heavy, hazardous, or unsafe to transport.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel or reschedule deliveries at least 2 hours before their scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If drivers arrive and the customer is not present, unreachable, or items are not ready for transport, the delivery may be canceled and a service fee may apply.

Wait Time Policy

Each delivery includes:

10 minutes for loading10 minutes for unloading

Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

Damage & Liability Policy

Curb 2 Curb Around Williamsburg is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damageImproperly packed itemsFragile items not disclosed in advanceDamage caused by unsecured loads provided by customersMinor cosmetic wear associated with transport

Customers are encouraged to properly package fragile or valuable items before pickup.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse unsafe, overloaded, or improperly secured deliveries.

Prohibited Items Policy

The following items are prohibited from transport:

Illegal items or substancesFirearms or explosivesHazardous chemicalsOpen alcohol containersPerishable food requiring refrigerationLive animalsCash or high-value jewelryItems exceeding vehicle capacity or weight limits

Drivers reserve the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe or unlawful.

Stair & Elevator Policy

Customers must disclose all stairs before booking.

Additional charges may apply for:

Walk-up buildingsMultiple flights of stairsOversized or heavy itemsBuildings without elevator access

Failure to disclose stair conditions may result in additional fees or cancellation of service.

Same-Day Delivery Policy

Same-day deliveries are subject to:

Weather & Safety Policy

For the safety of drivers and customers, deliveries may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:

Customer Conduct Policy

Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect and professionalism.

Drivers may refuse or cancel service if customers:

Use threatening or abusive behaviorRequest unsafe activityAttempt to overload vehiclesViolate agreed delivery terms

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by unsafe or abusive customer conduct.
