This opportunity is for people who are curious, dependable, willing to learn, and interested in the music industry. Students, emerging music professionals, artists, musicians, creatives, and people simply trying to figure out where they fit in the industry are all welcome.

You don't need to have years of experience or know exactly what you want to do yet. You might volunteer for a single day, an event, a workshop, a music release, a pop-up, or an ongoing project depending on your interests and our needs. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside Erie Sound and learn by participating in real label activities happening in Cleveland.
