Welo Badge builds trust between online businesses and customers. We verify brands, publish transparent trust reports, and issue a certification badge that businesses can show on their website to increase credibility and conversions. Our mission is simple: we make the web a safer place.
We’re looking for a Partnership & Growth Associate to grow Welo through strategic partnerships. This is a commercial + growth role, not a simple researcher position. Your job is to find, contact, and activate partnerships that bring visibility, traffic, and customers through win-win collaboration models.
• Find strategic partnerships for Welo (creators, blogs, newsletters, SaaS ecc...)
• Reach out to creators and businesses to propose collaborations (guest posts, badge placements, content swaps, discounts, referral deals, co-marketing)
• Identify win-win opportunities (mutual visibility, revenue share, referral programs)
• Manage early conversations (email, DM, LinkedIn, X) with a professional, human tone
• Qualify leads and either pass warm ones to the founder/team or close simple deals directly
• Build and maintain a partner database (name, niche, audience, ecc...)
• Follow up consistently and keep partnerships active
• Track results and report impact (traffic, leads, conversions, customers)
• Weekly: 80–150 new qualified partner leads added to the database
• Weekly: 40–80 outreach messages sent (email/DM/LinkedIn/X)
• Weekly: 10–20 active conversations started
• Monthly: 10–15 partnerships activated (depending on quality and niche)
Commissions (Performance-Based)
Commissions are a core part of this role and scale with performance.
• Qualified response commission: paid for positive replies that match our criteria
• Deal activation commission: paid when a partnership goes live
• Lead conversion commission: paid when a partner’s traffic generates a business lead
• Customer commission: percentage or fixed payout when a referred business becomes a paying Welo customer
Commission structure is defined per project/campaign and scales with impact.
• Strong written English (very important)
• Comfortable with outreach and basic negotiation
• Confident using email + social DMs professionally
• Organized, consistent follow-up habits
• Able to track everything cleanly in Sheets/Notion/CRM
• Prior experience in partnerships, outreach, PR, or affiliate is a plus, not required
• Fully remote, flexible schedule
